HealthPort technology will allow clinicians to promptly identify patients in need of oxygen. Its intervention aims to provide access to low cost medical oxygen device asset management and algorithm based care to simplify hypoxemia  management process for clinicians. The dashboard will be accessible to clinicians to improve care coordination and assist low resource clinics maintain mission critical equipment oxygen and connect patients to functional oxygen device.

HealthPort Breathe is a Oxygen Service platform tailored to meet the unique needs of health facilities.

History & Development

The HealthPort is in its pilot phase testing out the asset management workflow; working with 2 healthcare facilities in Nigeria. The technology will allow clinicians to quickly identify patients in need of oxygen treatment and connect patients to an optimally functioning oxygen delivery device.

It uses a balanced scorecard to measure performance and output across the certified health centers and prioritize patient referrals via the HeP dashboard. A single application/chatbot will connect health centers to management information, care coordination resources, and equipment availability. It is reinventing efficiency in how healthcare is delivered in low resource settings promoting a solution that is value-based and patient-centered.
