AmarDoctor
MedAI

Solution Overview & Benefits
AmarDoctor uses AI-guided triage and clinical decision support to streamline virtual consultations. Users describe symptoms in Bengali or English—either by typing or speaking—and the AI assistant structures the information, recommends specialists, and supports doctors with provisional diagnoses, reducing consultation times to around two minutes.
For patients, it improves access to quality care in rural and underserved areas. For doctors, it offers efficient workflows, smart prescription tools, and AI-generated clinical suggestions—all through a secure, centralized dashboard. Post-consultation, users receive personalized health information in their preferred language.
History & Development
AmarDoctor was developed by MedAi Bangladesh Ltd. and recognized as a 2024 MIT Solve Global Health Equity finalist. The team is deploying the platform via partnerships with the Bangladesh Society of General Physicians (BSGP), launching virtual clinics (Daktarkhanas) across 161 sites, targeting more than 5 million annual patients.
