Mitticool is a clay-based evaporation refrigerator that does not require electricity.
Composed of various clay chambers, water from an upper chamber drips down the sides of the unit and evaporates, thereby removing heat from the inside out.
While the upper chamber is used to store water, food may be stored in the lower compartment, comprised of two shelves. The first shelf can be used for storing vegetables and fruits, and the second shelf can be used for storing milk, meat and other foods.
The clay refrigerator keeps food, vegetables and even milk naturally fresh for up to 3 days.
