CampTap is a portable sink designed to increase handwashing and conserve water where access to running water is not available. Humanitarian Aid, Emergency Response, Camping & outdoor and outdoor workers. It works thanks to gravity (no electricity or pumps are needed) and enables the hygienic and economical use of water.

History & Development
The idea for a water-saving device for personal hygiene came was first discussed in 2014. Since that time Wash Innovation have carried out research and development of the HandyShower equipment. Zdzisław Iwanejko and his kids Zuzanna & Alexander created the first HandyShower prototypes in 2015.
The unique solution used in this device has received many patents around the world and it is still the only 3in1 (a shower, a faucet, a bidet) portable hygiene system. This solution was created through an iterative basis, with an initial prototype demonstrated in the Lima slums in Peru, in IDP camp in Abuja, Nigeria, Kibera slums in Nairobi, Kenya and in a refugee camp in Jordan.
Due to the constant feedback from the users as well as from people working in humanitarian organizations the product was improved to best suits the needs of users. During the tests and pilots, it became evident hat a very necessary product is a device dedicated to hygienic hand washing and that's how CampTap was created. CampTap, compared to HandyShower, has a washbasin, the possibility of draining used water and a tap optimized to ensure the greatest user comfort while maintaining water efficiency.
